Item 2.02 Results of Operation and Financial Condition.

ADDvantage Technologies Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: AEY), today announced the Company has rescheduled the date that it will report its financial results for the three month period and fiscal year ended September 30, 2018, to Friday, December 28^th, before markets open. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.

The Company has rescheduled its conference call to Friday, December 28th, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The call will feature remarks by Joseph Hart, President and Chief Executive Officer, Dave Chymiak, Chief Technology Officer, Scott Francis, Chief Financial Officer, and Don Kinison, Vice President of Sales.
