Item 2.02 Results of Operation and Financial Condition.

ADDvantage Technologies Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: AEY), today announced that it will release financial results for the three month and twelve month periods ended September 30, 2011, prior to the market open on Thursday, December 15, 2011.
