(d)

Schlumberger Limited (the “Company”) is filing this amendment to its Current Report on Form 8-K filed on August 6, 2018 (the “Initial 8-K”), which reported the appointments of Ms. Tatiana Mitrova and Mr. Mark Papa to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) effective October 16, 2018. As of the filing of the Initial 8-K, the Board had not appointed Ms. Mitrova or Mr. Papa to any committee of the Board.

The Board subsequently appointed Ms. Mitrova to the Board’s Audit Committee and Mr. Papa to the Board’s Finance Committee, having determined that they each satisfy the applicable requirements to serve on such committees, including (as to Ms. Mitrova’s service on the Audit Committee) the New York Stock Exchange and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The Board also determined that neither Ms. Mitrova nor Mr. Papa, nor any of their respective immediate family members, has a material interest in any transaction that would require disclosure pursuant to Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
