(b) On June 3, 2010, Jamie Gorelick notified the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Schlumberger Limited (the “Company”) of her resignation, effective immediately, from the Board of Directors. Ms. Gorelick’s resignation is in connection with her law firm’s representation of BP plc in connection with U.S. Congressional hearings related to the Deepwater Horizon incident.
