ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE	4. ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE Accounts receivable are generally stated at invoiced amount and do not bear interest. Because the accounts receivable are primarily from the DoD and historically no amounts have been written off, an allowance for doubtful accounts receivable is not considered necessary. The accounts receivable balance included $4.2 million and $3.2 million of DoD receivables that were unbilled at September 30, 2013 and December 31, 2012, respectively.

The entire disclosure for claims held for amounts due a entity, excluding financing receivables. Examples include, but are not limited to, trade accounts receivables, notes receivables, loans receivables. Includes disclosure for allowance for credit losses.
