SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated events and transactions after the date of the balance sheet data but prior to the issuance of the financial statements for potential recognition or disclosures in its financial statements. Other than discussed in note 6, Equity Financing, the Company did not identify any material subsequent events requiring adjustment or disclosure.
