Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 23 and 24, 2018, Mr. Ronald de Lange and Mr. Hubert de Pesquidoux, respectively, resigned as directors of Radisys Corporation (the “Company”) to pursue other mutual interests. Neither Mr. de Lange nor Mr. de Pesquidoux advised the Company of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.

Mr. Stephen Domenik was appointed Chairman of the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of the Board.

Effective upon the resignations of Mr. de Lange and Mr. de Pesquidoux as directors, the size of the Company’s Board of Directors was reduced from six to four directors.

RADISYS ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

HILLSBORO, OR - February 27, 2018 - Radisys Corporation (NASDAQ: RSYS), a global leader of open telecom solutions, today announced the appointment of Steve Domenik as Chairman of the Board and Mr. Domenik will also assume the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee. Ron de Lange and Hubert de Pesquidoux each resigned from the Board to pursue other mutual interests. Effective immediately upon these resignations, the size of the Company’s Board of Directors was reduced from six to four directors.
