Radisys Corporation (NASDAQ: RSYS), the services acceleration company, provides application aware traffic distribution platforms, real-time media processing engines and wireless access technologies. The Company's products and services are broken into two operating segments: Software-Systems and Embedded Products and Hardware Services.


•	Software-Systems (previously referred to as Software and Solutions). Software-Systems product are comprised of three product families: FlowEngine, MediaEngine and CellEngine.


◦	FlowEngine, the recently announced products targeting the communication and content provider traffic management market, are a family of products designed to classify and intelligently distribute session data flows to appropriate network processing resources.


◦	MediaEngine (previously referred to as Media Resource Funtion or MRF) products which can be purchased either as a complete system, MediaEngine MPX-12000, or as virtualized MediaEngine software ("vMRF") are designed into the IP Multimedia Subsystem ("IMS") core of telecom networks and provide media processing capabilities.


◦	CellEngine (previously referred to as Trillium) software is the protocol foundation that enables the communication linkage between end user wireless devices and the small cell base stations mobile carriers in both the 3G and LTE networks.


•	Embedded Products and Hardware Services (comprising the product-lines previously referred to as ATCA, COMe RMS and Other Products). These hardware based products provide platforms to control and move data in the core of the telecom network.
