Loomis Sayles Mid Cap Growth Fund, Loomis Sayles Research
Fund, Loomis Sayles Investment Grade Bond Fund, and Loomis
Sayles Strategic Income Fund may pledge its assets to the
maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
