Note 6 — Share-Based Compensation

The Company accounts for share-based compensation in accordance with ASC Topic 718. Share-based compensation expense is reflected as a component of the Company’s general and administrative expense. A detail of share-based compensation for the periods ended September 30, 2011 and 2010 is as follows (in thousands):
