[2] Balances related to France were $0.9 and 1.7 as of December 31, 2022 and September 30, 2023, respectively.   In July 2023, we announced our decision to wind down our Proservia managed services business in Germany. We expect to record significant restructuring expense in the fourth quarter of 2023 related to this wind down. A significant portion of the restructuring costs represent payments to impacted employees. A component of these payments are severance related costs amounting to $32.2 agreed with the applicable work councils in October 2023, which will be recorded in the fourth quarter of 2023. Communications are continuing with impacted parties, and we expect additional restructuring costs to be recorded through the end of the fourth quarter of 2023.
