Other Events

On April 12, 2016, EVINE Live Inc. (the “Company”) received written notification from the NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“NASDAQ”) indicating that the Company has regained compliance with the $1.00 minimum closing bid price requirement for continued listing on the NASDAQ Global Market pursuant to NASDAQ Listing Rule 5450(a)(1). The NASDAQ staff determined that the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock has been at $1.00 per share or greater for the 10 consecutive business days from March 29, 2016, to April 11, 2016 and the matter is now closed.
