General	General EVINE Live Inc. and its subsidiaries ("we," "our," "us," "Evine," or the "Company") are collectively a multiplatform video commerce company that offers a mix of proprietary, exclusive and name brand merchandise directly to consumers in an engaging and informative shopping experience through TV, online and mobile devices. The Company operates a 24-hour television shopping network, Evine, which is distributed primarily on cable and satellite systems, through which it offers proprietary, exclusive and name brand merchandise in the categories of jewelry & watches; home & consumer electronics; beauty; and fashion & accessories. Orders are taken via telephone, online and mobile channels. The television network is distributed in over 87 million homes, primarily through cable and satellite affiliation agreements and agreements with telecommunications companies such as AT&T and Verizon. Programming is also streamed live online at evine.com and is also available on mobile channels. Programming is also distributed through a Company-owned full-power television station in Boston, Massachusetts and through leased carriage on a full-power television station in Seattle, Washington. The Company also operates evine.com, a comprehensive digital commerce platform that sells products which appear on its television shopping network as well as an extended assortment of online-only merchandise. The live programming and products are also marketed via mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, and through the leading social media channels.
