Fiscal Year	Fiscal Year The Company's fiscal year ends on the Saturday nearest to January 31. References to years in this report relate to fiscal years, rather than to calendar years. The Company’s most recently completed fiscal year, fiscal 2013, ended on February 1, 2014, and consisted of 52 weeks. Fiscal 2014 will end on January 31, 2015, and will contain 52 weeks. The quarters ended August 2, 2014 and August 3, 2013 each consisted of 13 weeks.

Disclosure of accounting policy for determining an entity's fiscal year or other fiscal period. This disclosure may include identification of the fiscal period end-date, the length of the fiscal period, any reporting period lag between the entity and its subsidiaries, or equity investees. If a reporting lag exists, the closing date of the entity having a different period end is generally noted, along with an explanation of the necessity for using different closing dates.
