Fiscal Year	Fiscal Year The Company's fiscal year ends on the Saturday nearest to January 31. References to years in this report relate to fiscal years, rather than to calendar years. The Company’s most recently completed fiscal year, fiscal 2012, ended on February 2, 2013, and consisted of 53 weeks. Fiscal 2013 will end on February 1, 2014, and will contain 52 weeks.

Disclosure of accounting policy for determining an entity's fiscal year or other fiscal period. This disclosure may include identification of the fiscal period end-date, the length of the fiscal period, any reporting period lag between the entity and its subsidiaries, or equity investees.
