Restructuring and Related Activities Disclosure [Text Block]	Restructuring Costs As a result of a number of restructuring initiatives taken by the Company in order to simplify and streamline the Company’s organizational and capital structure, reduce operating costs and pursue and evaluate strategic alternatives, the Company recorded restructuring charges in fiscal 2010. Restructuring costs in fiscal 2010 primarily include employee severance costs associated with streamlining the Company's organizational structure, incremental costs associated with the refinancing of our debt facilities, restructuring advisory service fees and costs associated with strategic alternative initiatives. All restructuring costs were paid as of January 29, 2011.
