The Registrant is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its annual report on Form 20-F for the period ended December 31, 2007 because the Registrant has incurred a delay in assembling the information required to be included in such report and as such, the auditor has not yet completed their review of the Form 20-F. It is anticipated that the annual report on Form 20-F for the period ended December 31, 2007 will be filed within 15 calendar days following the prescribed due date.
