Compensation to Executive Officers

Concorde Consulting, a company owned 100% by Mr. Curtis J. Sparrow, for providing services as Chief Financial Officer to the Company for $11,264 per month (Cdn $15,000 per month).

Office Lease

On January 31, 2020, the Company renewed its Edmonton office lease commencing effective on July 1, 2019 and expiring on June 30, 2020. Under the original office lease, the quarterly payments due are as follows:
