11. COMMITMENTS

Compensation to Executive Officers

Concorde Consulting, a company owned 100% by Mr. Curtis J. Sparrow, for providing services as Chief Financial Officer to the Company for $11,559 per month (Cdn $15,000 per month). As of June 30, 2017, the Company did not owe Concorde Consulting any of this amount.

Rental Agreement

On June 19, 2017, the Company renewed its Edmonton office lease commencing effective on July 1, 2017 and expiring on June 30, 2019. As part of the lease renewal the Company received the first 3 months of basic rent free. The quarterly payments due are as follows:
