COMMITMENTS

Compensation to Directors

Concorde Consulting, a company owned 100% by Mr. Curtis J. Sparrow, for providing services as Chief Financial Officer to the Company for $11,238 per month (Cdn $15,000 per month). As of December 31, 2015, the Company did not owe Concorde Consulting any of this amount.

Rental Agreement

On July 27, 2015, the Company renewed its Edmonton office lease commencing effective on July 1, 2015 and expiring on June 30, 2017. The quarterly payments due are as follows:
