ITEM 8.01
Other Events.

On April 4, 2008, the Company commenced a lawsuit against Tamm Oil and Gas Corp. (hereinafter referred to as “Tamm”). The Company filed a Complaint with the United States District Court for the District of Nevada alleging that Tamm has violated United States federal and Nevada state law in connection with Tamm’s recent public statements and activities related to the Company, its operations and the ownership of its common shares. On April 7, 2008, the Company issued a press release with respect to the commencement of the lawsuit. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
