Other Events.

 

On July 31, 2007, Sun-Times Media Group, Inc. issued a press release regarding its entry into agreements to settle securities class action suits pending against it and a number of its former directors and officers in the United States and Canada and to settle litigation over its directors and officers insurance coverage.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
