(the "Company") on August 10, 2006 seeking a clarification of the court's June 28, 2006 ruling (the "June Ruling") regarding the securities class action entitled IN RE HOLLINGER INTERNATIONAL INC. SECURITIES LITIGATION. The court ruled that the June Ruling was addressed to a motion filed by Hollinger Inc. and not to the Company's motion.
