Employee Benefit Plans	11. Employee Benefit Plans The Company has a 401(k) plan covering employees meeting certain eligibility requirements. The Company currently matches employee contributions at a rate of 50% with a maximum match of 2.5% of salary. The total matching expense for the years ended September 30, 2011, 2010 and 2009 was $149,348, $134,196 and $136,497, respectively. The Company also makes contributions to the Group Personal Pension Scheme for the benefit of the employees of its U.K. subsidiary.
