Line of Credit	Note I — Line of Credit The Company has a credit facility with RBC Wealth Management (“RBC”). The credit facility consists of a revolving line of credit of up to $5,000,000 with interest accruing monthly at a variable rate of 1.375% as of December 31, 2012. The borrowings, of which all are available under this credit facility, are limited to the value of eligible assets held with RBC. As of December 31, 2012, the Company had no outstanding balance under the revolving line of credit.
