Subsequent Events Through the Company's fiscal year ended September 30, 2012, the Company's urological products included a line of Foley catheters targeted to the acute care market under the Rochester Medical brand and under private label arrangements. In November 2012, the Company announced its decision to cease manufacturing and marketing Foley catheters and focus on its core product lines of MECs and intermittent catheters.
