Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On June 9, 2021, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of ProPhase Labs, Inc. approved a salary increase for Monica Brady, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, to $200,000 per year from $142,000 per year, effective immediately.
