On April 15, 2015, current Board Member Mark Frank notified ProPhase Labs, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision not to seek re-election to the Board. Mr. Frank’s retirement from the Board will become effective as of the Company’s 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 16, 2015. Mr. Frank made his decision based on his other business and personal commitments. The Board is grateful for Mr. Frank’s service on the Board and his dedication to pursuing the Company’s vision.
