Legal Proceedings	6. Legal Proceedings The Company and the Bank are involved from time to time as plaintiff or defendant in various legal actions arising in the normal course of business. While the ultimate outcome of these proceedings cannot be predicted with certainty, it is the opinion of management that the resolution of these proceedings should not have a material effect on the Company's consolidated financial position or results of operations.
