FOMO CORP. is referred to herein as “FOMO”, “the Company”, “we”, or “us”.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 28, 2022, FOMO gave notice of termination to its transfer agent, Signature Stock Transfer, Inc. (“Signature”), which will go effective by February 28, 2022. The Company has engaged VStock Transfer, LLC (“VStock”) as its new transfer agent and has instructed Signature to send VStock its shareholder records and supporting documents as required by regulations.
