FOMO CORP.’s (“FOMO”) CEO Vikram Grover has converted $60,000.00 accrued compensation into 60,000 Restricted Series B Preferred shares based on a common stock price of $0.001. Management believes this is in the best interests of shareholders to align its CEO for future performance.
