Income Taxes	Income TaxesThe effective tax rate for the three months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022 was 21.4% and 22.9%, respectively. The decrease is primarily due to lower reserves for uncertain tax positions and a valuation allowance release offset by a lower excess tax benefit on stock-based compensation in the three months ended September 30, 2023.
