Pay Versus Performance
As discussed in the Compensation Discussion and Analysis above, our Compensation Committee has implemented an executive compensation program based on the philosophy that our executive management team should be aligned with our shareholders, and that our executives should be incentivized and rewarded for performance that advances business goals and the creation of sustainable value in all business cycles, leading to shareholder value creation.
