On July 24, 2019, Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. (“Helix”) issued a press release announcing its second quarter results of operations for the period ended June 30, 2019.  Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and incorporated herein by reference, is the press release.

On July 24, 2019, Helix issued a press release announcing its second quarter results of operations for the period ended June 30, 2019.  In addition, on July 25, 2019, Helix is making a presentation (with slides) to analysts and investors regarding its financial and operating results.  Attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and incorporated herein by reference, are the press release and the slides for the Second Quarter 2019 Conference Call Presentation issued by Helix.
