Treasury stock acquired repurchase authorization			From January 1, 1998 to November 21, 2015, the Company has repurchased a total of 139.4 million shares at an aggregate cost of $15.702 billion, including 536,654 shares of its common stock at an aggregate cost of $400.1 million during the twelve week period ended November 21, 2015. On October 7, 2015, the Board voted to increase the authorization by $750 million to raise the cumulative share repurchase authorization from $15.65 billion to $16.4 billion. Considering the cumulative repurchases as of November 21, 2015, the Company had $697.7 million remaining under the Board’s authorization to repurchase its common stock.
