Subsequent Event	Note M – Subsequent Event Subsequent to November 17, 2012, the Company reached an agreement to purchase the assets and select liabilities of AutoAnything, an online retailer of specialized automotive products located in San Diego, California. AutoAnything sells a broad range of products focused primarily in the accessory and performance categories. The Company expects to finance the acquisition with commercial paper borrowings and close the acquisition during the second quarter of fiscal 2013.
