Other Events Effective May 31, 2000, the Forbearance Agreement dated April 12, 2000 among Globe Holdings, Inc., Globe Manufacturing Corp. (together, the "Company"), Bank of America, N.A. as Administrative Agent and the lenders named therein (the "Forbearance Agreement") was amended to extend the forbearance period to July 31, 2000. The Forbearance Agreement previously expired on May 31, 2000. Pursuant to the Forbearance Agreement, the Company's senior lenders have agreed not to exercise their right to call the Company's senior debt during the forbearance period.
