SHARE REPURCHASES	SHARE REPURCHASES During the three-month period ended June 26, 2020, the Company made no repurchases of shares. Under the Company’s current share repurchase program, the Board of Directors authorized repurchases of its outstanding ordinary shares for up to $500 million in accordance with the share repurchase mandate approved by the Company’s shareholders at the date of the most recent Annual General Meeting held on August 20, 2019. As of June 26, 2020, shares in the aggregate amount of $315.2 million were available to be repurchased under the current plan.
