(b) On April 7, 2020, Flex Ltd. (the “Company”) announced that Douglas M. Britt, President, Flex Agility Solutions, had advised the Company of his intent to resign from the Company. The Company announced today that the effective date of Mr. Britt’s resignation will be April 28, 2020.
