RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Two directors and officers of the Company and their families are principal owners of a company that provides promotional materials to the Company. Expenses incurred with such company in connection with promotional materials purchased during the three-months ended March 31, 2013 and 2012 were $0.2 million and $0.1 million, respectively.
