16. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

A director of the Company is a former partner in a law firm (the director resigned from the law firm effective July 10, 2011) that serves as counsel to the Company.  Expenses incurred in connection with services rendered by such firm to the Company during the three-months ended June 30, 2011 and 2010 were $2.1 million and $1.2 million, respectively. Expenses incurred in connection with services rendered by such firm to the Company during the six-months ended June 30, 2011 and 2010 were $3.3 million and $2.5 million, respectively.

Two directors and officers of the Company and their families are principal owners of a company that provides promotional materials to the Company. Expenses incurred with such company in connection with promotional materials purchased during the three-months ended June 30, 2011 and 2010 were $0.2 million and $0.2 million, respectively.  Expenses incurred with such company in connection with promotional materials purchased during the six-months ended June 30, 2011 and 2010 were $0.4 million and $0.3 million, respectively.
