On February 12, 2008, Cascade Microtech, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2007, and its expectations as to the Company’s financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2008. The press release contains forward-looking statements regarding the Company, and includes cautionary statements identifying important factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from those anticipated.
