As discussed during a conference call regarding the Company's fourth quarter results held on Tuesday, November 2, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time, management of BJ Services Company indicated that it expects to achieve earnings per share of between $0.52 and $0.54 for the quarter ending December 31, 2004.
