On May 3, 2007, our Chief Financial Officer, Kathleen A. Browne, informed us of her decision to retire. At the request of our Board of Directors, Ms. Browne has agreed to continue, temporarily, as our Chief Financial Officer pending selection of a successor and development of a transition plan.
