PART IV (3) - OTHER INFORMATION Net sales for the second quarter of 1996 decreased 20.5% to $97.0 million from $122.1 million for the comparable period in 1995. The net loss for the second quarter of 1996 was $18.9 million, or $(1.25) per share, after restructuring costs of $11.4 million, or $(0.76) per share, compared to net income of $392 thousand, or $0.03 per share, in the second quarter of 1995. Net sales for the six months ended June 29, 1996 decreased 13.1% to $196.2 million from $225.9 million in the comparable period in 1995.
