On October 23, 2008, The Wet Seal, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the resignation of Mr. Harold D. Kahn from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Kahn’s resignation concurs with his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Steve & Barry’s.
