On August 5, 2024, Artesian Resources Corporation (“Artesian Resources” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its earnings for the quarter and six months ended June 30, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
