ITEM 2.02:             RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION

 

The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 12, “Disclosure of Results of Operations and Financial Condition.”

 

On March 21, 2005, Appliance Recycling Centers of America, Inc. issued a press release announcing reported revenues of $52,830,000 for the year ended January 1, 2005, an increase of 21% from $43,609,000 in 2003.  ARCA also reported a net loss of $1,314,000 or $0.48 per share in 2004, down from the net loss of $1,541,000 or $0.66 per share in the prior year.
