Related Party Transactions	11. Related Party Transactions The Company purchased furniture from DePiano Interiors, L.L.C. which is owned by the mother of the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Richard DePiano, Jr. Total purchases were $32,033 and $12,611 for the fiscal years ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively. The Company rented an apartment from Richard DePiano, Sr. for use by a visiting Company Executive. Total rent for the fiscal years ended June 30, 2015 and 2014 was $10,000 and $0, respectively.
