Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	The Company purchased furniture from DePiano Interiors, L.L.C. which is owned by the mother of the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Richard DePiano, Jr. Total purchases were $26,275 and $12,611 for the nine-month periods ended March 31, 2015 and 2014, respectively.
